DutCHina railtrading B.V. is a Dutch trading company that specializes in the export of Dutch products and other European food and non-food products to China.
We form the bridge between European manufacturers and partners in China that focus on B2B.
It’s our mission to fulfill the European sourcing and distribution needs of our clients.
Together with our partners and clients we examine which products are suitable and which means of transportation are the most efficient.
Furthermore we look at the customs regulations that have to be met. In other words, we offer a full package.

Capital of the Sichuan Province
Our headquarters in China are located in the capital of the Sichuan Province, Chengdu, which is the 6th largest city in China.
The city of Chengdu offers our partners a potential market of 17 million people.
This city is known for its international character and its rail terminal with the highest processing capacity in all of Asia.
Chengdu offers a fantastic logistic connection with the rest of China.
As a result our network is rapidly expanding to other parts of China.
Dutch Pavillion
We are proud to say that DutCHina is the exclusive representative for the Dutch Pavilion, which is located at a large-scale world expo in the Qingbaijang District in Chengdu! At this world expo of more than 140,000 m² european manufacturers get the unique opportunity to bring their products to the attention of Chinese importers, wholesalers and consumers.
Next to our location at the Dutch Pavilion in Chengdu, we are planning to expand our physical presence to more showrooms in other Chinese cities. In these showrooms clients can see, taste and feel our products. Customers can make a selection and order directly from our warehouses in mainland China.
GVT Logistics in Tilburg
Our organization has a lot of experience in the logistics sector. We have a close cooperation with GVT Logistics in Tilburg. GVT is firmly anchored in the road transport within the BeNeLux. The port of Rotterdam is easily accessible through GVT's barge terminal Tilburg. In addition, GVT also exploits railport Brabant. Since 2016 a direct rail connection has been established between Tilburg and Chengdu China. This offers a great opportunity to bring European quality goods to central China in a very efficient way.
China by rail
It takes only 15 days to transport goods from the Netherlands to Chengdu in China by rail. The train departs from TIlburg 4 times per week. Just like Marco Polo in the 13th century, the silk road is used to bring exclusive European goods to mainland China. As the exclusive trading agent of GVT, rail freight is our main means of transportation.
How did it start
As general manager of GVT Logistics, Roland Verbraak had an important role in establishing the direct rail connection between the Netherlands and China Chengdu. Roland was also part of several Dutch trade missions to China, this resulted in a large network. Due to the relationship of trust that has been built up over the years, there were regular requests to supply Dutch and European products. This is how Roland came up with the idea to start DutCHina railtrading B.V. He founded the company together with his daughter, son-in-law and nephew. In December 2019 DutCHina railrading B.V. was born!
